Blue Lagoon Beach Resort, Bateau Bay

I had a pretty disappointing experience during my stay. The air conditioning in our cabin didn't work properly, which made for an uncomfortable night. The facilities, especially the pools, were overcrowded, and there was a noticeable lack of supervision for kids playing around. I was expecting more for the price I paid, which felt excessive given the issues we faced.

We had an incredible stay at this resort! The beachfront cabins were amazing, and the staff made our experience truly enjoyable. The beach was clean and beautiful, just steps away. However, some facilities could use a bit of upkeep, and the value for money was questionable during peak times.

Our stay at the resort was marred by cleanliness issues, especially in the cabins, which felt outdated and poorly maintained. The location, however, was stunning and offered beautiful views and quick access to the beach. While the resort has great potential for families with its kids' areas, the lack of oversight on behavior dampened the experience. Overall, the price feels unjustifiable given the condition we found our accommodation in.
